About Our Founder

Altimese Nichole is an award-winning best-selling author, speaker, brand strategist, and lead publicist with a heart for helping clients win as the Founder of the MBE-Certified marketing and public relations firm, The Ezer Agency. She attained her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix. She has over 15 years of experience with public relations and marketing for companies small and large, including Meta, CNN, Cartoon Network, Black Bride Magazine, Church's Chicken, Sutter Home Wines, and more. Beyond her agency, she is a mother, daughter, friend, and diversity champion committed to bringing representation and access to the forefront of business.
